How do I register to buy on Bulk Trader?

1. You will need to Register in order to be able to checkout

2. Enter your email address and set your password. You will need to verify your email address (once-off) in order to login.

3. Once verfied, you may now login using the top right dropdown menu.

 

How do I change my buyer email address? 

Step 1: Sign into the account, and click "Change Email Address"

Step 3: Provide the new email address that you want, click to receive a 6-digits number code with the new email, and then enter the code received to confirm that the new email is working well.

Scenario 2: Old Email is not valid anymore

With no paid order in this account, we suggest that you create a new account directly.

If you have used the account to pay for any order, please contact the Bulk Trader customer support, providing the payment info for us to verify the identity.

Go to your buyer Transactions and you will see the history of any transactions. 

 

How to add, save or remove a card for transactions?

Adding and saving a card to use for buying goods:

When selecting the payment method for your order on Bulk Trader , you can add and save a new card on the Add a credit/debit card page.

 

I cannot sign in to my account. What can I do?

Scenario 1: Account name or password is incorrect.

Solution: Check whether the account id/email address/password you have entered is correct. If you have forgot password, please recover the password and try login again.

Scenario 2: Verification is required because an unusual activity is detected on Bulk Trader 

Solution: Please sign in from your PC (computer) and try to get access again. You may have to verify your cellphone number. After successful verification, your account should be available again.

 

I mistakenly registered a seller account. How do I fix this?

Using a seller account cannot be used for purchasing goods so an error message will occur if you placing an order. In this case, we suggest that you use another email to create a buyer account.

 

I want to know more about a product like size, color, shipment etc?

To get product details, please take below steps:

Step 1. Open product page by clicking product's title or picture. You will get more details on what's listed.

Step 2.

- Check for description to know more about the products, product images, packaging information

- Check for any customer reviews to find any available comments after buying

- Check more details on the specifications of the product to know more info on the Material, Size, Item Type, Feature, etc.

- Check shipping details' to choose satisfactory shipping method

- Check to know how to be protected as a buyer or contact the Bulk Trader team for more info

 

How do I find a good seller?

There are a few ways to find a good seller:

1. Filter the best sellers with the advanced search tool for what you looking for. 

2. Check a seller’s feedback ratings. This rating is based on other buyers’ reviews.

3. Other buyers’ feedback is a valuable evaluation to see if the seller is trustworthy. Check for product reviews, service feedback and other relevant information.

If you still have any doubts, don’t be afraid to contact a seller or open a dialogue. Good sellers are usually happy to engage with interested buyers.

 

How do I find a product?

1. Type the name of the product you’re looking for into the search bar. You can search for products by name or features, such as brand, artist, part number, etc.

2. If you have not decided what product you would like to find, you can try to search for the product in the categories section or our on sale  products list under the search bar.

3. Narrow your product search by using the advanced search tools.

- Detailed product information is displayed on the product details page. This information includes product specifications, seller information and buyer reviews. it's helpful to look at these details. 

- All the products on Bulk Trader is posted by seller members. Please click “Contact” button to communicate with seller for more information on the product or sale.

 

How do I place combined orders?

Make combined order in one store:

Step 1: collect items by clicking “Add to Cart” on product page

Step 2: select store name and click ‘Buy from this seller’

Make combined order in different store:

Step 1: collect items by clicking “Add to Cart” on product page

Step 2: select favorite store nameS and click ‘Buy’ button

 

How do I make payment?

Step 1. Find a product first and choose the  size, color & quantity etc.- then click "Buy Now";

Step 2. Provide shipping option or method.

Step 3. Select a method for payment- then enter the payment information, card info. for instance- Click "Confirm";

 

How change shipping address?

Before place an order on Bulk Trader you can add new shipping address and place order with it. Follow the given steps to change your shipping details. 

 

How to change the shipping details after I place an order? 

Please contact the seller in this case of a problem. After you have shipped off a order, shipping details cant be changed any more. Hope you kindly understand this. Usually, shipping companies will call the contact number on the parcel if it is failed to be delivered.

 

I cannot find an order in my account, what can I do?

To check your order, please sign into your Buyer account if you can’t find your order in the list, please check whether:

1. You’ve already deleted the order or can retrieve the information. 

2. You’ve deleted the order permanently. If so, you won’t be able to find it anywhere in your account anymore.

3. You created different accounts on Bulk Trader. Please sign in to the account under which the order was placed.

 

How do I confirm delivery once I have received my order?

If your order has been successfully delivered and you are satisfied with the item(s), please follow the below steps to confirm delivery:

Step 1: Sign into My Orders and locate your order

Step 2: Click Confirm Goods Received

Step 3: Select the product you received and click to confirm that the goods was received

Step 4: Click Confirm and the order will be completed

If you haven't received your order or if you're not satisfied with it, you can apply for a refund. 

 

I have not received my order. What can I do?

You may try following methods to resolve the problem:

Method 1. Track the parcel to know the shipping status of the order.

Note: Invalid tracking number may be resulted from the late update of the shipping status. In this scenario, you may contact the seller to check.

Method 2. Contact the seller for more info. or apply to get a refund. Make sure you open the dispute before the Buyer Protection period ends.

 

The product I received does not match the description. What can I do?

Please check the goods clearly after you have received it.

1. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact your seller to agree on a solution to get what you require or something close.

Please click Contact Seller on the order list page and send message to seller, you would better to provide photo of the goods, or testing video to seller in order that he/she can confirm goods issue and offer a soluton to you. You should check the messages between you and seller for communication. 

2. If that doesn’t help, you can apply for a refund before the Buyer Protection has ended. 

 

What is Buyer Protection?

All orders placed on Bulk Trader are protected by a standard of service, also known as Buyer Protection. The Buyer protection starts from the moment you have paid for your order. The Buyer Protection period will be displayed in the form of a countdown clock on all order that are placed. Once you have confirmed receiving your order, you will have 7 days to apply for a refund.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Usually, it takes 3-20 business days, varying with different banks, for buyers to receive the refund after the refund is successfully processed by the Marketplace .Please wait 3-20 business days to check your statement. And if, after carefully checking the bank statement or bill, if you still have not received the refund after 20 business days, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team or the Seller.

Please find the contact details on any product page to start conversation with seller.

 

The seller doesn't respond to me. What should I do?

Due to the volume of orders during the shopping seasons, sellers may be on time with replies but they should give you feedback. Hope you kindly understand this. Your patience on this is highly appreciated!

If a seller has not responded within a reasonable time frame, you can:

- Find another seller

If a seller has not responded within a reasonable time frame, we suggest you find another seller offering the same product.

- Cancel the order

Once you have raised a cancellation request in the system, the system will cancel your order once the order processing time has run out.
