About our Return Policy  

If you would like to exchange your product for something else we are happy to do so. The only conditions applying to exchanges are as follows:

- All exchanges must be unused and in their original condition (including all original packaging).

- You must complete your exchange within 7 days of the date of your order. The customer is responsible for the costs of sending products back to us whilst the replacement products will be sent free of freight.

- Any difference in price of the replacement products will be refunded or charged accordingly.

- The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.

- In most cases we will pay for shipping of new products for you dependent on location.

 

How to Return / exchange your product 

- If you wish to return or exchange a product, please complete a copy of our Returns Form. Please attach the completed Returns Form to the outside of each item being returned.

- If you cannot print the Returns Form, please attach a note to the outside of the item, including details of the customer name, email address, delivery address, telephone number and order number.

- Send all items being returned to the delivery address stated on the Returns Form. Keep a record of your return shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.

- All products being returned must be in their original packaging.

 

Returning a damaged product 

If your product is damaged in any way please call our customer care service and we can arrange for replacement to be sent. You may be asked to send through a photo and we will remedy the situation straight away.

 

What can I return?  

You can initiate a return up to 7 days after delivery if: • You receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item

  • You change your mind on the product which was purchased 

Please note that when returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and an item is in it's original packaging.

 

How do I return an item?

How long will it take to return an item?

You will get your full refund as soon as possible.

 

Once I initiate a return, what happens next? 

If the package was delivered to you and you requested for a pick-up, our delivery agent will call you to schedule a retrieval. There will be 2 attempts made to retrieve the item(s). If you initially picked-up your package from one of our stations or chose to drop-off at one, please take the items you wish to return to a pick-up station near you.

 

I have requested for returns pick-up from my home, how long will it take? 

Once we receive your request, we will make two attempts to retrieve the item(s).We will be as quick as possible and will let you know.

 

What happens if I miss both attempts to retrieve my return? 

Your return request will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to return that item.

 

Can I return an item after 7 days? 

Unfortunately you will not be able to return an item after 7 days but if it is faulty, it may be covered under warranty.

 

I initiated a return and requested for pickup at my home, but no one came and it has been a while, what should I do? 

We apologize for this. Please contact us using the form provided.

 

Once retrieval of my package is done, how long will it take to be refunded? 

You will be paid as soon as possible.

 

My return has been collected for a while, but still no news, what should I do? 

We apologize for this. Please contact us using the form provided.

Bulk Trader tells me they have done a bank transfer but I have not received the money, what should I do?

It takes 2-5 days for the money to reflect in your account. Please contact us if you still haven’t received your refund after this time.

 

How do I track my return status? 

We will keep you updated by email and SMS about the status of your return.

 

Do I have to return all products in my order? 

No, you do not have to return your entire order. You can return your choice of selected items.

 

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product? 

Yes, any free gift must also be returned.

 

Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product? 

There are no charges for shipping a product back to Bulk Trader.

 

Can I Replace or Exchange an item rather than a refund? 

At the moment, Bulk Trader does not offer replacement or exchange of an item; however you can still return an item and receive a full refund.

 

Why was my item redelivered to me instead of a refund? 

Returned items will be redelivered to you if we cannot verify your reason for returning it.
